Junior Creative

We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior Creative to join our team, as part of our Absolute Ignite Training Scheme.

We want someone with a real passion for all things creative and not just someone who fancies being a graphic designer. We like people who show an active interest in all aspects of our industry, whether that’s typography, photography, illustration, copywriting, animation, or even video. It doesn’t mean you need all these skills to join us, just an understanding of how important they are to the creative process.

You’ll need to be ideas driven and have the ability to see things differently. We want someone who can think conceptually and isn’t afraid of putting thoughts down on paper, before producing them on a Mac. We want someone who isn’t afraid of sharing their ideas, who can talk openly about their work, and isn’t scared of failing. We can help you craft ideas over time. It’s all about having the right attitude towards creativity.

We’re a bold agency who collaborates with clients of all shapes and sizes, from globally recognised brands to smaller local businesses. Whoever we work with, we like to elevate their brands above all their competitors, in a distinctive way that resonates with their customers.

You’ll be working with experienced creatives, marketeers and project managers on various brand and campaign projects. You’ll also get to work with creative copywriters, photographers and illustrators as part of your role. All we ask is that you have some knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
