Junior Packaging Design Strategist

The Touch team is growing! We’re a leading structural innovation agency, working with the world’s top FMCG brands across every FMCG category to create game-changing, future-proofed, and sustainable packaging. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, collaborative Junior Packaging Design Strategistto become as passionate about packaging as we are. The Position 
The strategy team are responsible for gathering insights from within and outside the business (spanning consumer experience, brand, category trends, sustainability legislation and infrastructure, as well as emerging packaging technologies and innovations) to inform and inspire our creative work.   
 
You’ll be required to research and analyse information independently and proactively, present learnings with confidence and clarity, and collaborate with the wider team efficiently. You will also be required to support the logistics of project delivery - creating timelines, scheduling meetings, gathering workshop materials and packaging samples.

What We’re Looking For 
Intelligent and enthusiastic, you will have a keen interest in consumer, food, popular culture, and design trends. Prepared to get stuck in, with a can-do attitude and eye for detail, you will take pride in creating high-quality work in close collaboration with the wider team. You will be ready to learn about all aspects of the global packaging industry, ready to bring fresh ideas and motivated to keep informed as legislation, infrastructure and technology evolves. 
 
You will be confident in desk-based research, writing copy, creating attractive PowerPoint presentations, and comfortable using Excel for basic budgets and timing plans.   
 
You will have a degree/relevant qualification and 2+ years of work in a creative/brand/consumer/trends/sustainability-focused role.
