Job Title: Arabic / English Marketing Executive (MENA region) – Manchester

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00- 17:30)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

Job Overview:

The UKEC Marketing Executive (MENA region) is to contribute to raise the profile and create brand awareness of UKEC by designing and implementing various marketing materials and strategies with the focus on students in the MENA region and MENA students in the UK. Candidates should ideally have strong written and spoken Arabic skills.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and execute the multi-channel marketing projects and campaigns focused on MENA students both locally and abroad;
  • Coordinate marketing requests from different departments with the aim of promoting cross department events and activities to MENA students;
  • Promote the business and relevant events through social media channels and targeted newsletters and create copywriting in line with best practice and appropriate brand tone of voice;
  • Assist with increasing website traffic, ranking & subscriptions (including SEO ranking);
  • Assist with developing brand awareness and promoting corporate identity;
  • Research and analyse market trends by conducting customer research, market/industry research, media research, etc;
  • Organise the production of relevant marketing materials;
  • Implement marketing campaigns to deadlines with identified targets and budgets;
  • Support all marketing activities of departments in UKEC to achieve marketing targets;
  • Collect photos & videos of UKEC events at both office and company level to be published on the UKEC website & social media accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Speak fluent Arabic;
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience;
  • Experience and knowledge on running campaign across different social media platforms;
  • Able to edit and post newsletters with content in Arabic targeted towards the MENA market;
  • Awareness of the UK HE sector for the MENA region;
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work full-time in the UK.
