Logistics and Supply Chain Instructor

Main Responsibilities

Our Instructors:
•Teach on our vocational diploma program.
•Deliver professional short courses.
•Plan, prepare, and teach well designed sessions.
•Assess, track development, and provide feedback.
•Complete administrative tasks as required.
•Adhere to SLA standards and procedures.
•Support the ethos and mission of the SLA.
•Have a positive impact on trainees and staff.
Your key task is the delivery of quality facilitation, training, and assessment. You will provide valuable input to our quality approved schemes of work, session plans and training delivery resources as required. Our Instructors encourage and motivate learners to progress into employment and build careers in the sector.
We are seeking Instructors with practical experience of working in their area of specialism; and either vocational training or academic instructional experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking Instructors with:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or arelated subject.•5+ years of practical experience working in your area of specialism.•2+ years of experience delivering training in Logistics and Supply Chain, Warehousing,or Marketing, or a willingness to commit to a Train-the-Trainer Program.•Experience of working with a diverse range of learners from various backgrounds.
