Private Tutor

Torchlight Tuition is an agency based in Barnes, Richmond upon Thames.  We are looking for new tutors to deal with the increased demand for academic support for primary, GCSE and A-level and for school entrance exams.

Duties
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Create personalised lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to determine areas for improvement
- Teach study skills and strategies to help students become more effective learners
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement educational plans

Skills
- Strong ability to educate and communicate effectively with students
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching
- Knowledge of various tutoring techniques and strategies
- Excellent organizational skills to track student progress and maintain records
