Junior International Brand Manager UK (Full-Time)
Your tasks:
- Development of marketing plans and strategies for our brands Alpecin, Plantur, Dr. Wolff’s V-san and Bioniq
- Strategic and operational planning, implementation, optimisation and evaluation of TV, print and digital campaigns
- Creation and adaptation of marketing assets for B2C and B2B area (retail & pharmacy)
- Management and forecasting of marketing and sales budgets
- Tracking brand performance including close monitoring of market dynamics, trends and competitive activities to adapt brand strategies
- Collaboration with the Global Brand Team in the German headquarters, as well as external media and creative agencies and sales teams
- Alignment of marketing campaigns with sales activities for 360-degree marketing
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed or in final year of bachelor or master’s degree in economics or business administration, with a focus on marketing
- Interest in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty and pharmaceuticals. Previous experience in FMCG marketing is advantageous (e.g. via placements, work experience, part-time jobs, etc. )
- Creative and high affinity for marketing, e-commerce and social media
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an independent, structured and goal-oriented work ethic
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data to evaluate and optimise campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Fluent English speaker. German is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
