Job Description

As LinkedIn's upcoming sales talent, you're at the heart of fostering strategic collaborations to help our clientele achieve their ambitions. With the work landscape gravitating towards technology, adaptability, and interpersonal skills, nurturing talent ready for what tomorrow brings is vital.

In your role as a Account Executive, you will delve into our talent development tools, mainly LinkedIn Learning solutions. You'll be responsible for handling potential client leads passed on from the marketing department and managing the subsequent follow-ups and signing processes. As you progress, training will equip you to always act with our clients' success at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

1.Acquire expertise in LinkedIn’s Talent Development products to suggest effective solutions for client challenges.
2.Establish relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
3.Master the art of managing sales procedures, from prospecting to sealing the deal.
4.Engage with existing customers to comprehend their evolving requirements.
5.Share market feedback with product and marketing teams.
6.Contribute to team best practices and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

1.A graduate or final-year student from a recognized institution.
2.A fervent interest in e-learning, consulting, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Internship or part-time experience in sales or a similar domain.
2.Familiarity with SaaS platforms or Salesforce.com is an advantage.
3.Stellar interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4.Exceptional communication competencies, both written and verbal.
5.Analytical capabilities to discern client needs and offer apt solutions.
6.Aptitude to thrive in a dynamic milieu.
7.Negotiation prowess and insight into market trends.
8.Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
