Chef de Partie - The Plough & Harrow, Long Ditton, Heartwood Collection

Up to £13.50* per hour (OTE £ 33,700.00**)

Part time & Full time roles available to fit around studies 

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie? We're looking for talented individuals to join our fantastic new kitchen team at The Plough & Harrow in Long Ditton, where you can immerse yourself in the culinary legacy of Raymond Blanc as part of Heartwood Collection's newest opening.

The Plough & Harrow is our newest opening and is nestled in the heart of Long Ditton, it will exude a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying good company and excellent food.

Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Brasserie Blanc, the French brasserie business inspired by Raymond Blanc and Heartwood Inns (Formally White Brasserie Company) brands are renowned for being a home-from-home.

Chef de Partie - The Ideal Candidate:

  • Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
  • Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
  • To be a real team player and it is essential that you are flexible
  • Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
  • Eager to develop themselves and dishes with guidance for our Chefs

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs.  We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms.  This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.  We hope you can be as excited as we are about the opportunities this will provide for you to take your next step and develop your career with us through our bespoke “Stepping Stones” training and development programme
 

**OTE is based on a 48-hour working week and the Tronc is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average
